Security reporting

Hotel security report software

Most hotel security reports are written at the end of a long shift, in free text, by people whose priority was handling the situation rather than documenting it. The result is documentation that varies from officer to officer and is hard for a General Manager, an insurer or a brand auditor to read later. This software gives the same structure to every report while keeping the officer's own account of what happened.

What the software produces

An officer describes the event in their own words, by typing or by voice. The report is returned in a fixed structure your management team can read the same way every time.

  • Date, time, location and category of the event
  • Persons involved, recorded as roles and descriptions rather than assumptions
  • A factual account, kept close to what the officer actually said
  • Actions taken during the shift and follow-up still open
  • An explicit list of missing information, instead of filled-in guesses

Built so a report survives review

A security report is only useful if it holds up weeks later. Every report keeps an event history: who created it, when it moved from draft to review to closed, and what changed. Exports are PDF documents that carry the property name, the reference number and the report content as it stood at export time.

One private workspace per property

Each hotel has its own workspace. Reports, shift logs and uploaded procedures belong to that property and are not readable from another workspace. Access is per account and per role, so a night officer, a security manager and an owner see what their role allows.

How teams start

The interactive demo runs on sample data in your browser, with no account. When you want to work on real events, a 14-day trial opens a private workspace for your property. No card is required to start the trial.

Questions teams ask before starting

Does the software write the report for us?

It structures what your officer reported. It does not invent facts, names, causes or conclusions — anything that was not reported is listed as missing information.

Can we export reports for management or insurers?

Yes. Any saved report can be exported as a PDF document from the workspace.

Is a security report a compliance document?

No. This is documentation software. It does not certify your property, and it does not guarantee compliance with any standard or regulation.
