Product
One workflow, from the shift log to a report management can act on.
Built for Directors of Security, Loss Prevention and Operations who need incident documentation to be consistent, complete and easy to review — without adding paperwork to the night shift.
Daily security log
Officers log events as they happen, with time and location. Entries stay verbatim and are attributable to the officer who wrote them.
Incident reports
An entry or a spoken account becomes a structured report: classification, severity, persons involved, actions taken and recommended follow-up.
Missing information
Anything the account did not state is listed as missing instead of being guessed. Fill a field and the corresponding gap disappears.
Follow-up and review
Reports move through review states with due dates on follow-up actions, and every create, edit, export and status change is recorded in an audit trail.
SOP / Knowledge Base
Your own procedures are indexed. Procedure support answers only from those documents with citations, and says so when the answer is not covered.
Shift handover
At the end of a shift the log becomes a clean handover summary for the incoming team, so nothing is passed on verbally and lost.
What the AI is not allowed to do
Facts stay facts
The officer's wording is preserved verbatim as the incident description. Extraction is deterministic for persons and actions; nothing is inferred.
Manual values win
Category, severity, location and time chosen by the operator always take precedence over anything derived from the text.
Output that matches the record
Every report can be exported as a professional PDF that matches the saved record, with the missing-information section reflecting the current state.
Privacy and data handling
- Each property is a separate workspace; database-level row security isolates one hotel's data from every other.
- Roles are enforced server-side: officers cannot reach settings, billing or administrative functions.
- SOP documents are stored privately and are only retrievable inside the workspace that uploaded them.
- PDF exports are archived privately and served through short-lived signed links.
- The marketing pages and the sample-data demo are fully separate from the operational environment and contain no customer data.
Full privacy, security and data-processing documentation is provided in writing before any hotel data is entered.
See it on sample data first.
No account, no real data, nothing stored.
