Getting started

Can I see the product before creating an account?: Yes. The demo runs on sample data in your browser and needs no account, no card and no call.
How does the 14-day trial work?: You create an account for your property and get a private workspace for 14 days. No payment method is required to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
How long does set-up take?: You create the workspace, name the property, and can write the first report immediately. Uploading your own procedures is optional and can be done later.
What happens when the trial ends?: Everything created during the trial stays readable and exportable. Creating new reports requires choosing a plan.

Using the product

Can officers report by voice?: Yes. An officer can dictate what happened and review the structured report before saving it.
Does it work on a phone?: The reporting and daily log screens are designed for phone use on the shift.
Can we export a report?: Any saved report can be exported as a PDF document from the workspace.
Can a daily log entry become an incident report?: Yes. An entry can be escalated into a full report, keeping the officer's original wording.
Who receives the daily summary email?: The owner account of the property workspace receives a summary of that property's real activity once a day.

Data, privacy and limits

Can another hotel see our reports?: No. Each property has its own workspace and data is separated per property at the database level.
What is the AI not allowed to do?: It does not invent names, times, causes or outcomes, it does not draw legal conclusions, and it answers procedure questions only from the documents your property uploaded.
Is this a compliance or certification product?: No. It is documentation software. It does not certify a property and does not guarantee compliance with any standard or regulation.
Who can see what inside our workspace?: Access depends on the role you give each account, so an officer, a security manager and an owner do not have the same permissions.

How is the product priced?: Starter: €99 per property, per month · Professional: €249 per property, per month · Enterprise: on request. Annual billing is available on the pricing page.
Do we need a card to start?: No. The trial starts without a payment method.
Can we cancel?: Yes, from the billing area of your workspace at any time.
We have several properties — how does that work?: Each property is a separate workspace and is priced separately. Write to us if you are looking at a group.
